How much does Creao AI cost per month?

Creao AI is a no-code AI agent platform: you describe a job in chat, and a successful run can be saved as a reusable agent. It is sold on monthly credits. The table lists every individual plan on Creao’s pricing page.

Creao also sells team plans “from $24/seat” in two tiers, Standard and Premium, with a two-seat minimum, plus an Enterprise option sold through a sales call, with no published price. We could not confirm the per-seat prices and credit allowances for the team tiers.

Which Creao AI plan includes scheduled runs?

Creao AI scheduled runs require the Pro Plus plan at $50 a month or higher. Creao’s documentation is explicit: “Scheduled runs require Pro Plus or higher. On Free or Pro, existing schedules stay saved (and can be paused or deleted) but don’t execute until you upgrade.” This is the single most important line in Creao’s documentation for anyone buying Creao to automate recurring work, because an agent that checks an inbox every morning or builds a weekly report is a scheduled run. On the $20 Pro plan you can build that agent and trigger it by hand, but it will not fire on a schedule. Creao’s changelog dates the change to July 2026, and an older FAQ in the same documentation still says scheduling is available on every plan, so expect to find conflicting answers elsewhere. Schedules can run daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom cron, at least five minutes apart.

What does a Creao AI credit actually buy?

A Creao AI credit does not buy a fixed amount of work. Creao states that “credits are deducted based on actual token usage” and that the model’s cost tier decides how many credits each message uses. The documentation gives ranges per message rather than a price list:

An agent run is usually several messages, plus tool calls, so one run costs more than one message. Creao does not publish a per-run figure; its browser-automation docs say only that “the receipt on the card shows what the run cost.” Two independent reviewers put numbers on it: VirtualUncle estimates 1–2 credits for a simple task and 10–15 for a complex multi-step workflow, and Nubia Magazine puts an agent that scrapes data and writes a report at 5 to 10 credits a run. VirtualUncle adds that 200 credits “runs out fast if you’re doing anything beyond basic queries.” Treat those as third-party estimates, not vendor data.

Creao also publishes no credit price for video, image or audio generation. The changelog says each finished video shows the credits it used, which means you find out after the render. If video is the reason you are buying, start on the free plan’s single video generation and read the receipt before choosing a tier.

How much does one Creao AI credit cost on each plan?

Dividing each plan’s monthly price by its monthly credits gives an effective price per credit. Higher tiers are cheaper per credit, and top-up packs are the most expensive way to buy.

Because top-ups cost $0.15 each, there is a point where upgrading is cheaper than topping up. On monthly billing, Pro plus 200 top-up credits costs $50, the same as Pro Plus, which includes 600 credits and scheduled runs. So if you need more than about 400 credits a month, Pro Plus is the cheaper route. The same math puts the Pro Plus to Max break-even at roughly 1,270 credits a month.

The 5 daily bonus credits add up to as many as 150 extra credits in a 30-day month. Creao does not say whether unclaimed daily credits accumulate or expire each day, so do not plan a budget around them.

What do you get on the Creao AI free plan?

The Creao AI free plan gives you 30 one-time credits plus 5 daily bonus credits, with no credit card. It is a real trial of the core loop: chat with the agent, get a result, save it as an agent. The limits are specific. Free accounts use a simplified model picker locked to the Lite tier, so you cannot choose a specific model. You get one video generation, which Creao’s changelog says now resets every 30 days. Generated PDFs are capped at 10 pages. Each agent can use one personal connector, so an agent that reads Gmail and writes to Google Sheets needs a paid plan. Schedules can be saved but will not run. Support is community-only. For most people that is enough to judge whether Creao fits a task, but not enough to run a multi-app automation for a week.

What does Creao AI not tell you about pricing?

Four pricing questions had no answer we could find in Creao AI’s plan cards, documentation or terms as of October 1, 2026. Knowing the gaps is part of knowing the real cost.

• Credit rollover. We found no statement on whether unused monthly credits carry over.
• Refunds. The terms of service contain no refund clause, and the support page states no refund policy.
• Media costs. No credit price is published for a video, an image or an audio render.
• Team plan details. The pricing page shows only “from $24/seat”; we could not confirm Standard and Premium seat prices or credits.

Two terms are documented and worth knowing before you pay annually: Creao blocks switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan mid-cycle, and its terms reserve the right to change fees with at least 30 days’ notice for material changes.

Which Creao AI plan should you pick?

The right Creao AI plan depends on one question first: does the work need to run on a schedule?

• You want to see if Creao can do a task at all: Free. Thirty credits covers several simple runs on the Lite model tier.
• You will trigger agents by hand, mostly text work: Pro at $20. You get custom agents, model choice and combined connectors, but nothing runs on a schedule.
• You want agents to run daily or weekly without you: Pro Plus at $50. This is the entry point for scheduled runs and the tier Creao itself labels “Recommended.”
• You run many automations at once or produce video regularly: Max at $150, for the higher concurrency and 2,000 credits.
